Not the picture I was hoping for...
So I made DH call the recipient of this gift, and was hoping to have a picture of him wearing it. Well maybe later. Without further ado:
Things I like about this project:
One - I really like the way this pattern looks.
Two - I got to practice picking up stitches
Three - I knitted it in under a week (yes I am awesome)
Since I've been severely neglecting the geek portion of GEEK N Knit here it goes.
I'm out of Dr. Who to watch (sobbing quietly).
Games being played in the household:
Tales of Vesperia - Every time BIL plays a Tales game I say to myself "Self - you should try a tales game" Perhaps one day I shall.
DH and I are playing Fable 2. OK fun game, but why, WHY can I never pick the evil choice. Well you know what - I'm going to try playing it COMPLETELY evil. Just you wait and see! The game is fun, but the inventory screen is clunky. After we finish up 2, we have 3 and hopefully there are some improvements there.

You know me and my scorched earth policy. IF any thing is worth doing, it's worth doing EVIL, muah ha ha ha.
