A weekend full of goodness
Well I may be behind in updating this, but I had a wonderful weekend!
Friday night was dinner and bowling with new friends! So much fun! That was followed by a truly crafty and geeky end to the evening. Our new friends came over and around midnight I was busy showing the woman how to do a long tail cast on and knit continental and DH was showing the man our collection of Anime!
Saturday and Sunday were decadent days of not leaving the house, playing vast amounts of Magna Carta 2 and knitting. Holiday gift #2 is on the needles. I'm making a shadow knit scarf with a chart I made myself based on a picture. It's kind of hard to see the shape while knitting, but when I took these pictures I was so excited!

I also have been working away at DH's sweater vest. I'm very excited to be doing the arm scythe shaping!
Now it's back to watching BIL play Fallout New Vegas, and maybe some more knitting :)
