Tough decision to make

I hate knitting that sweater vest.  I've been avoiding admitting that, because I've spent a lot of time working on it.  It feels good to get it off my chest though - the sweater vest is BORING. BORING BORING BORING. 

I found a new pattern that is more than just stockinette AND doesn't have seaming.  Have I mentioned I hate seaming as well?  Wonder if DH will care if I rip it out.  It's intimidating to think of tearing it out, but if I don't like working on it, I'll never finish it.
